Gary Gallinger has successfully parlayed his 20-year career in Commercial Real Estate into best serving clients in their real estate transactions. Gary graduated from WSU in 1987, beginning his career just out of school with Greer Patterson & Associates where he worked as a commercial appraiser, gaining invaluable valuation experience. He began leasing Commercial Real Estate with The William Riley & Company in 1991 and continued until he became the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Commercial Brokerage Services in 1997. He then started his position with The Washington State Investment Board where he served for years as a Real Estate Investment Officer. He managed multiple partnerships, with a variety of ownership structures on behalf of Washington State. Gary started up his own company; Harbor Realty Advisors where he now puts into practice all of his experience and knowledge.

Gary’s business philosophy is simple – he maintains a fiduciary obligation to protect the best interests of his clients throughout their real estate transaction. He also maintains a personalized real estate practice. It's based on one-on-one relationship building. He has surrounded himself with top notch team players that have this uncompromised philosophy which has contributed to his continuing success.

His participation with his clients does not end with the completion of a sale. He is available for ongoing consultation, market evaluation, vendor referral and recommendation. Gary’s many satisfied repeat clients speak to his success.

A graduate of The University of Washington, Seth joined Harbor Realty Advisors in September of 2007. Seth specializes in office and retail leasing/sales in the greater Puget Sound area. In his spare time, Seth enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Misha Gallinger has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years. She has her BA in Photographic Art & Science with a minor in Communications from Brooks Institute in Montecito, California. She has been working as an appraiser, both full and part time, since 1989. Misha has gained her marketing, sales, and customer service experience working for: Microsoft, Creative Labs, Prestige Ford, Group Health and Conceptual Imagery.

A native Gig Harborite, Misha’s background in sales, marketing and appraising gives her an interesting insight into researching and analyzing the real estate market in our area. Misha joined our team last year as an administrative assistant to her brother Gary Gallinger, Owner/Broker of Harbor Realty Advisors. Since then she received her Real Estate License and is now a Sales and Leasing Associate. Her unique set of talents, education, and professionalism make her the perfect choice for our Marketing Director.
